Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all offers and orders placed at Kuron Shoes.

1. Seller

Mateusz Kuron Schoenen, Uithoorn, the Netherlands. KvK: 42166920.

2. Products

We sell consumer returns: genuine branded shoes previously returned to online retailers. Each item is a single unique pair. The condition grade and any flaws are described per item and form part of the offer. Photos show the actual item.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. Payment is due at checkout.

4. Contract

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation. Because every item is unique, an order may be cancelled if the item was sold simultaneously; any payment is then refunded in full.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping page. The risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns.

7. Warranty

Items must conform to the description. Flaws described on the product page are not grounds for a complaint. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
