Returns & 14-day right of withdrawal

How it works

• The 14-day period starts the day after you (or someone you appoint) receive the shoes.
• Notify us within that period by email at exosizaro@gmail.com or using the model withdrawal form below.
• Send the shoes back within 14 days after notifying us.
• We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item back.

Condition of returned items

You may handle and try the shoes as you would in a shop. Please return them unworn outdoors, in the condition you received them, with any tags. If the value has decreased because of handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct that from the refund.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the item are paid by you, unless the item is defective or not as described.
