Genuine branded shoes that customers sent back to online shops — given a second chance at a better price.
When you buy shoes online in the EU, you can return them within 14 days. Online shops receive huge volumes of these returns — often because of the wrong size, a change of mind, or a colour that looked different on screen. Many of these pairs can’t go back into regular stock, even though they are perfectly wearable.
We buy these consumer returns, inspect every single pair by hand, and grade them honestly. Some items may have been tried on indoors, some may show minor signs of handling, and the original box may be missing or damaged. Whatever we find, we describe it on the product page.
